Just Joy.

What expression do I LONG to find in all life's little moments?

Joy.
Pure Joy
Untainted Joy in Life
For the Moment now
not for the before or what is to come
but for the now.
THE INSTANT of now.
Shouldn't we all live for the NOW?
Shouldn't we all lift our hands and dance for what IS?
My Joy is great! and so is hers.

Again, this sweet child has no idea the impact she made on me. To be included in moments like these, are priceless. To witness the love this family has for each other and too see this sweet little one sweet angel
twirl
twirl
twirl
and smile
and laugh
with PURE joy...

I was honored to have this opportunity. It doesn't seem right though, that they called wanting me to do them a service, and the end result? I was the one that received the greatest blessing......

THE HUTSON FAMILY

Just as I am... that is what she seemed to be saying to me. I saw her to my side as I was photographing her sister. I just had to go be a part of this moment. The moment where she just was. I want to be her for one moment and have the joy of life like she knows.
She is God sent, God created, and PERFECT. This was my joy - this moment with her. People say my photographs change their perspective of life. Well ...THIS MOMENT with Sarah, changed my perspective of that moment. It was like a quiet exclusive invite to be her friend. She knew I was still photographing her...but she stayed and let me catch her...just being her. Thank you sweet angel. Thank you.

What does it take for the third child to get noticed? Learn to whistle early!

Words to think on...

by Nelson Mandela

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

When they are NOT looking....

that seems to be the time that it hits you...
That they are growing up.
That they have your nose.
That they are amazing and incredible.
That you are glad they are big, but miss that they are not small.
That today is almost over, and yesterday is gone..and that tomorrow will be here and they will grown up.
When they are NOT looking at us... we see them in a different way.
We reflect on how perfect Our Father is...
For allowing us the priveldge of raising them...
For allowing us these quiet moments with our kids...
When they are not looking AT us...
We seem to SEE them more clearly....

These two images just hit me today...
Life is precious and today is almost over.
So...love the ones your with....

Thank you to Leigh W for allowing me the HONOR of photograping Machen and Kyleigh.....
